🍋 Lemon water : Add some lemon juice to lukewarm water. drinking is good for digestive system and also lose weight.

🍋 Refreshing Juice: Take a liter of pure drinking water and add 100g or 200g sugar according to you sweet love and let sugar dissolve in water. Add Lemon juice into sugar and water solution. filter the lemon seeds. keep the juice in fridge to become little cool. Serve to a cup and suck the juice.
