Merge Cells without losing data in Excel (Concatenate)

Merging Cells or Adding two columns data in single column without losing data in Excel. Merging of of tow or more cells data in a single cell is called CONCATENATE in Excel



Let take an example i have prepared a data sheet like address of person like Mr, Mrs etc and Name of person. I need to merge data of two columns in a single column. 


Here i have taken this data. I need to merge Column 1 and Column 2 into Column 3. 


The formula for merging cells without losing data is 
=CONCATENATE(CN, CN, CN) [where CN is reffers Cell number such as A2, B2 etc,.]

After entering formula followed by is equal to (=) press enter key. the cell will be filled by the data of two cells in a single cell. then copy and paste same formula for other cells also 

Then Your Merged Content into a single cell will be ready like this
