Trick : First multiply the sum of given numbers then divide that number by two
Formula : [(N1+N2) X N2] / 2
Example: 1) Sum of all consecutive numbers from 1 to 50
Calculate total number of integers in the series. In this example it is 50.
Multiply total count with count +1 i.e 50+1=51
50 X 51 = 2550
Divide the result by 2 i.e : 2550 / 2 = 1275
The sum of all consecutive numbers starting from 1 to 50 is 1275
Example: 2) Sum of all consecutive numbers from 1 to 71
71+1=72, 71 X 72 = 5112, 5112 / 2 = 2556

Trick : Do summation of Smallest and Largest Numbers of given series, then multiply the result with total numbers of series, then divide result by 2
Formula : [(N1+N2) X n2] / 2
Example: Find the Sum of all consecutive numbers from 23 to 29
Smallest no N1 = 23, Largest no N2= 29
Total numbers of series = 7
Add largest and smallest numbers of given series I,e 23+29 = 52
Multiply the result with the total numbers of series i.e 52 X 7 = 364
Divide the result by 2 i.e 364 / 2 = 182
The sum of all consecutive number from 23 to 29 is 182
